Each table is connected to a metal rail that connects with the kitchen, so the food and drink orders are launched through the rails to be presented on the table. Masked Monkey as the Waitress
In the northern part of Tokyo, Miyukihoncho, Utsunomiya, there is a restaurant called Kayabuki where the maid is a masked monkey. In this restaurant, there are two monkeys named Fuku-chan and Yat-chan. They served as general waiters in Japan such as delivering menu books and orders to the chef and provide hot towels to diners. Fuku-Chan and Yat-Chan even have an official license from the local government to work in the restaurant.
